Primary Responsibilities:
Analyzes and investigates using business Intelligence tools that may be shared with others and working on complex issues Create business intelligence solutions and models to support analyses, perform analysis, interpret results, develop actionable insights and present recommendations for use across the company Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data visualization.
- 1+ years of experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations.
- 1+ years of experience with SQL.
- 1+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI or Domo.
- 1+ years of experience with Alteryx, SAS or other ETL tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with call center workflows and/or data.
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in Core Java and functional programming.
- Experience in developing Spring Boot APIs along with security and performance aspects.
- Experience with relational and no-SQL database, preferred Oracle and MongoDB.
- Experience with real time messaging and ingestion including Kafka.
- Experience in developing common, reusable components and services.
- Quick learner of new tools and technologies.
- Able to work in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a key.
- Knowledge in RESTful development, Java Script, Node-JS, HTML, CSS, Data Modelling, RDBMS: Oracle, No Sql : MongoDB, UI tools: React JS, Next JS.
- Proficient in working on backend technologies SQL and stored procedures/triggers etc.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 2 years in Cloud Technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- At least 3 years of experience with Containerization.
- At least 4 years with configuration management and automation tools using Ansible.
- Strong Linux Scripting experience.
- Expert level working with Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, Ansible, JIRA, docker, Kubernetes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming experience in at least one language (python, node, java, go, c/c++, ruby).
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Able to support development teams in a fast-paced environment in critical situations.
- Must have a solid understanding of SDLC.
- Able to multitask and have a sense of priorities.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk.
- Experience in release/build engineering processes.
- Hands on experience on similar DevOps developer role.
- Build tools to automate repetitive tasks done by dev team.
- Build tools to automate branching and merging using Bitbucket.
- Good Communication and Analytical skill.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
